You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days and request their replacement or refund. After 14 calendar days have passed since receiving the shipment, there is no right to return your order.
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTABLE
Returned products must be in the condition they were sent by 'mentisjewellery' and received by the customer, complete and undamaged. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition and with all shipping documents (e.g. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted and are returned to the customer.
The cost of return as well as replacement is borne solely by the customer.
The process is simple and is done as follows:
Contact us by email at [email protected], writing your name and your order number, justifying why you wish to return the product and if you wish to replace it. You will immediately receive a reply email.
Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check of the condition of the returned item will be made and if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or documents, then you will be informed by email of its acceptance.
In case you do not wish to replace with a new product, the refund procedure is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our headquarters and is extremely simple:
The refund is made to the original means of payment, unless you chose cash on delivery as your payment method at the time of purchase. The refund in this case will be made by deposit to the customer's bank account.
It is a necessary condition that the customer informs via email to [email protected] about his account number (IBAN), the bank in which he maintains the account and the name of the beneficiary as it appears in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number should be the same person as the one selected in the billing information and listed on the purchase receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. How the refund will be made depends on the payment method you have chosen. If the payment has been made by credit card, the money will be returned by canceling the relevant charge. If the payment has been made by deposit to the Company's bank account, the money will be returned by deposit to your personal bank account, the details of which (Bank, IBAN, beneficiary, etc.) you will indicate via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) working days of the day after we accept your request to return the merchandise or merchandise.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged for other products and are not redeemable for cash.
If there is a request to change the product, the new product is sent to you. If the product to be exchanged is of less value than that of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded, but will be credited to your name for future purchases. Changing already changed products is not allowed.
