Shipping methods

Our company offers the possibility of shopping to customers in Greece. Orders are shipped with partner courier companies after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. As soon as the order has been shipped you will receive a relevant e-mail update. All shipments are accompanied by the corresponding tax document. In case you want to send a shipment as a gift, please let us know so that we only accompany it with a Shipping Note. When receiving the product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that its packaging remains intact.  Shipping is done via the courier company DHL.

Shipping cost

Orders worth €150.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

For orders under €150.00, the shipping cost for the whole of Greece is €5.00.

Items weighing more than 2kg may incur an additional charge.

The listed prices include VAT.

Delivery Times

Products subject to availability of each product are delivered by 'mentisjewellery' to the courier company in 1 to 3 working days from confirmation of your order. From the moment of delivery to the courier company it is estimated that your order will be delivered to the address you indicated on the next working day. For areas designated as "unreachable" by the courier company, this time may vary. In any case, the shipment is always planned according to the availability of the product, which is either indicated on the page of the item, or communicated to you through information received from the administrators of "mentisjewellery". The above times may vary in case of force majeure.
